Our stay here, while short, was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean with ready access to various wonderful restaurants. It is also right around the corner from the train station that can connect you to the rest of Italy including the airport and port of Civitavecchia. Our host Nicola was so helpful as was his partner Flaminia. They provided many great suggestions for seeing the city upon our arrival. Snacks were always available in the kitchen area. The location was quiet even with being closely situated near the Vatican. We felt very safe walking around the streets. We would definitely stay here again.
Can recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this B&B. the host, Nicholas, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. the room was clean and comfortable, and there was a well-stocked shared kitchen available. the location was quiet and close to the Vatican. Nicholas gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage there after check-out and the affordable airport transfer service. Highly recommended. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient USB charging points. The location was great, with bus stops just a minute away and the train station only a 5-minute walk. Being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast options were quite limited and you had to prepare it yourself from items in the refrigerator, which were not refilled during our 3-day stay. The common kitchen was small, especially when there were other guests using it.
